Gorgeous Guitar Art and Decoration
Some guitars are beautiful pieces of art just on their own. The design, craftsmanship and intricate details of some guitars often leaves grown men breathless. However, it is not for the wood crafted intricacy that I have written this post, rather it is to highlight how some artists have turned ordinary guitars into canvases for their own art and design.
What I have collected here for your inspiration are some of the best Painted and Decorated guitars that I found which have turned the humble instrument into a true work of art.
The collection ranges from hand drawn creatures to carved wonders all the way to intricate mosaics.

Very, very cool. I love guitar art. There have been so many great guitar designs over the years, as well as the actual art applied to the guitars. There is an awesome guitar artist in Southern California, Robert Jew, that does very nice guitar customization with leather: http://www.robertjew.com/
